EFFIRELOC is committed to the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals. We ensure that all personal data is processed in strict compliance with Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of January 25, 2008, regarding the protection of personal data, as well as international confidentiality standards.

2. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
The collection of personal data (Name, E-mail, Phone number) is based on the user’s explicit consent and EFFIRELOC’s legitimate interest in providing high-quality relocation services. The purposes are strictly limited to:
- Managing inquiries and providing commercial proposals;
- Administrative support (immigration, concierge services, housing search);
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations in force in Senegal.
3. Secure Document Handling (Privacy by Design)
To ensure maximum security, EFFIRELOC does not collect sensitive identification documents (passports, visas) directly through its web interface. Such critical documents are handled via a separate, encrypted, and secure transmission protocol established directly between the dedicated consultant and the client.
4. Data Retention and Security
EFFIRELOC implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access. Contact data is retained for a period not exceeding three (3) years from the last interaction, unless prolonged retention is required by law.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with the regulations of the Commission des Données Personnelles (CDP) of Senegal, every user has the following rights:
- Right of Access and Information: To confirm whether their data is being processed.
- Right to Rectification: To correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): To request the removal of their data from EFFIRELOC’s active files.
These rights can be exercised by sending a written request to contact@effireloc.com, accompanied by proof of identity if necessary.
6. Third-Party Transfers
No personal data is sold or leased to third parties. However, information may be communicated to Senegalese administrative authorities (Department of Foreigners’ Police, Ministries) exclusively for the execution of the relocation missions entrusted by the client.
